Inaugural Issue

Supernatural Studies (ISSN 2325-4866), a new, peer-reviewed journal welcomes submissions for its inaugural issue. We welcome articles on any aspect of the representation of the supernatural.

The journal will focus on representations of the supernatural in popular culture, including (but not limited to) art, literature, film, and television. We welcome any approach, but request that authors minimize jargon associated with any single-discipline studies.

Articles of between 3,000 and 6,000 words in length (including references) are invited, and should use the MLA referencing system. Book reviews should be between 800 and 2,000 words. Further information, including Submission Guidelines, are available at the journal site: supernaturalstudies.org.

The journal will publish themed issues and prospective guest editors are invited to contact the editorial staff with a proposal. Prospective book reviewers should also approach the editors directly: supernaturalstudies@gmail.com.
